The Journal
The Ideal Life Now Journal helps you to be your own life coach—challenging you to speak the unspoken, face the hidden and actualize the possible. In these pages you can acknowledge and accept your thoughts and ideas without judgment. A place where you can unpack your mind, explore your psyche, and move into alignment between emotions, thoughts, and physical reality
This journal is a tool to help you acknowledge your inner dialogue, whether it is positive and motivational or anxious and inhibiting, and to start moving those thoughts from imagination to reality where they can be set aside or followed to manifestation. I wrote this journal to help you reflect on ideas that may have been silently provoking anxiety your whole life or dreams that have been quietly deferred. It is a place where you begin to put these thoughts into the world as a precursor to action and change.

the pages
Acknowledge without judgment
Open the journal with permission to say anything. The prompts create a container for thoughts that have nowhere else to go — anxious ones, ambitious ones, and the ones you've never quite been able to articulate.
Explore the deeper questions
Move past the surface. The journal is designed to reach the ideas that have been quietly provoking anxiety, or the dreams that have been quietly deferred — and bring them into the light where you can actually examine them.
Put your thoughts into the world
Writing is an act of externalization. What lives in your mind as a formless feeling becomes something you can see, question, and decide about. This is the first step toward change.
Move from imagination to reality
Set thoughts aside that no longer serve you, or follow them toward manifestation. Either way, you decide — not the unnamed weight of the unexamined. This is how you become your own life coach.
Sharon Thompson, MD
OB-GYN · Public Health Physician · AuthorI am a physician — but I wrote this journal because medicine taught me something beyond clinical science: that so much of what ails us lives in the unexamined space between our thoughts and our choices. I spent years helping women navigate their bodies. This journal is an invitation to navigate your whole self.
The prompts in these pages are the ones I wish I had been asked earlier in my own life — the questions that, when finally answered honestly, have a way of changing everything. I wrote this for the woman who suspects there's more, and is finally ready to find out what that looks like.
Dr. Thompson is a board-certified OB-GYN, CEO of Central Phoenix OB-GYN, sought-after expert in women's health, keynote speaker for organizations including ACOG and AMWA, and a regular on-air contributor to Good Morning Arizona.
